International Admission process

Fill out the International Student Application. Make sure to fill out all the required tabs and upload a copy of your passport.

 All international students are required to have an I-20 Form in order to obtain an M-1 visa. A student fee of $500 is required for Ocala Aviation to generate, complete and send your I-20 form to you. The fee can be paid with Credit Card or PayPal by clicking the Buy Now tab or through wire transfer.

 1: Flight training candidate requests an account to access the Alien Flight Student Program by completing the account request form. You will access the TSA website: https://fts.tsa.dhs.gov/

2.Once there, candidate will go to the section in the top right corner that says Register Options. Click on the ‘Candidate Portal', and this will take candidate through the instructions on how to set up their account with their account with TSA. Always submit personal information exactly as it appears on your passport.
 

2: After completing the 5 steps, candidate will submit their registration. Candidate will then be prompted to pay.

3.Once FTSP issues a determination of eligibility (DOE) to the candidate, the candidate can then select a flight training provider.
 

4: Once the student has been approved they will be sent Fingerprint Instructions.  There is a one time fee of $99 for fingerprints. You can check if there is a fingerprint processing facility close to by going to,  https://natacs.aero/AFSP.  If there are not locations close to you, then we will get your fingerprints once you arrive at Ocala Aviation.

 The US embassy requires potential students to prove that they have the money necessary for their training. Please fill out the Declaration of Finance form so that Ocala Aviation can ensure that you have the money for your training.

 Ocala Aviation's Policies and Procedures is based on each students specific program. Once the student has completed the above Steps, we will send you a copy for you to review.  Please read and return signed page along with your tuition.

 Once we receive all the above items, we will send your acceptance letter along with the I-20, confirmation of your enrollment and a list of all documents you need to take to the embassy for you to apply for your visa. 

Once you receive this form go to http://www.FMJfee.com and pay the fee of $350 to SEVIS. SEVIS is the US government agency in charge of International Students. 

Next go to https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/ , fill out the form and pay the fee of $150. This is for your visa application.

Keep receipts of your payments made. Then set up an appointment with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate in your country to receive your M-1 visa.
