 The FAA requires 250 total flight hours for a commercial single-engine including

10 hours of instrument training 

10 hours of training in a complex/TAA aircraft.

2 hours day/2 hours night cross-country training 

10 hours of solo or PIC duties, including a 300 NM total distance cross-country, 5 hours night VFR, and 10 tower-controlled takeoffs/landings.

3 hours of training within 2 calendar months prior.
