We Are A Family, Not A Factory.

At Ocala Aviation we strive to be big enough to be able to have our students fly as often as they can but small enough we feel like a family.

We're here for you, not you're here for us.

We understand that our students have lives. They have to take care of themselves and their families. We will always do our best to work around your schedule and get you a flight time what works best for you.

We Will Always Hire From Within.

We believe that the best staff started as students. Our instructors started here and understand what it is like to be a nervous student. They know what is expected of them because they expected the same things.

We Will Not Be Exclusive To One Airline.

Why should you be forced to apply at only one airline? We believe that every pilot is an individual and should have the choice to go where they want. In this day and age when so many airlines are hurting for pilots, we know it is best not to limit our pilots. When you are ready for the airlines, let them fight over you.

Ground training is just as important as flight training.

Our goal is that when you go for the check ride, that you feel as prepared as possible. We also plan on giving you knowledge not that is memorized, but is retained.
